X-Training is an outdoor fitness program that challenges you with obstacle courses, circuit training, weight training, pilates, ball sculpting, cardio-drills, yoga and running/power walking in a small group setting. The program is designed for adult men and woman of all fitness levels. Whether you run, walk or haven’t been off the couch in years, our instructors are here to encourage and motivate you at your level. It's personal training in a group setting.
